Gospel Minister, Rapper, poet and entrepreneur Mas B (Massive Blessings), finally shares his long awaited debut single called ‘God of Elijah’. Over the year Mas B has worked on a number of songs and is arguably one of the best gospel Rappers of our time. God of Elijah is a theme tune extracted from his fourth coming mixtape, the project which features some other Zambian gospel ministers. According to Mas B, God of Elijah follows the story of Elisha who at some point through him the God of Elijah was reviewed when he called on him (2 Kings 14).
“He said Elisha walked with Elijah but a time came when he had to encounter him on he’s own. He said, that same God is still the same even today and when you experience him your life becomes a wonder. Elijah was just an ordinary man but what Made him extraordinary was a God he was connected to which by the things he was able to do later became known as God of Elijah. Therefore this not just a song but definition of what kind of God I have seen and experienced in my life. Behind the name God of Elijah is a God who made it possible for Elisha when he struck the water, it divided to the right and to the left, and he crossed over”.
